Chinglish现象比较复杂。有的仅仅是一个是否decent的问题。有的属于用得很乱，但是还是能猜出来意思。还有一部分是完全不知所云。比如那个著名的pipe good the city。
不过，我觉得Chinglish的严重程度远不如Japlish。那句“All your base are belong to us”已经是世界闻名了。我就在日文的书上读到过完全不知所云的“英语”。
各个非英语国家都有对应的Engrish。
