\u4eca\u5e746\u67081\u65e5\u81f39\u670830\u65e5\uff0c\u300a\u81ea\u7136\u300b\u6742\u5fd7\u505a\u4e86\u4e2a\u5f00\u653e\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u8bae\uff08open peer review\uff09\u7684\u5c1d\u8bd5\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u9080\u8bf7\u6587\u7ae0\u901a\u8fc7\u7f16\u8f91\u521d\u671f\u8bc4\u4ef7\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u5c1d\u8bd5\u5f00\u653e\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u8bae\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f5c\u8005\u4eec\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u628a\u6587\u7ae0\u653e\u5728\u5f00\u653e\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f9b\u516c\u4f17\u8bc4\u8bba\uff1b\u540c\u65f6\u8fdb\u884c\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u8bae\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u5f53\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u8bae\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7ed3\u675f\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u628a\u6536\u5230\u7684\u8bc4\u8bba\u6536\u96c6\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u628a\u6587\u7ae0\u4ece\u670d\u52a1\u5668\u4e0a\u79fb\u9664\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u300a\u81ea\u7136\u300b\u6742\u5fd7\u5bf9\u8fd9\u6b21\u5c1d\u8bd5\u505a\u4e86\u4e2a\u603b\u7ed3<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u8005\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u8bc4\u8bba\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6982\u5ff5\u633a\u70ed\u5fc3\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5f00\u653e\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u8bae\u8fd8\u4e0d\u662f\u5f88\u88ab\u63a5\u53d7\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote>\n


\n\u4ed6\u4eec\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u6570\u636e\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u603b\u5171\u6709 71 \u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff085 %\uff09\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u540c\u610f\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u63a5\u53d7\u5f00\u653e\u7684\u8bc4\u8bba\uff1b\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c33\u7bc7\u6ca1\u6709\u6536\u5230\u8bc4\u8bba\uff1b\u5176\u5b83 38 \u7bc7\uff0854%\uff09\u6536\u5230 92 \u4e2a\u5b66\u672f\u6027\u8bc4\u8bba\uff1b\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bc4\u8bba\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709 49 \u4e2a\u662f\u9488\u5bf9 8 \u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7f16\u8f91\u4eec\u5728\u5bf9\u6587\u7ae0\u505a\u51b3\u5b9a\u65f6\u5bf9\u6536\u5230\u7684\u8bc4\u8bba\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8bc4\u7ea7\uff1a<\/p>\n

1. Actively unhelpful
\n2. Reasonable comments, but no useful information
\n3. Valid minor points and\/or details
\n4. Major points in line with solicited reviewers’ comments
\n5. Directly influenced publication over and above reviewers’ comments<\/p>\n

\u4ed6\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a 5 \u7ea7\u8bc4\u8bba\uff0c\u53ea\u6709 4 \u4e2a 4 \u7ea7\u8bc4\u8bba\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5b9a\u578b\u7684\u8bc4\u4ef7\uff0c\u7f16\u8f91\u4eec\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u5f97\u51fa\u4e0b\u8ff0\u89c2\u70b9\uff1a<\/p>\n

1. A general sense of indifference from key contacts in their fields to the trial, and that it was like ‘pulling teeth’ to obtain any comments.
\n2. Direct attempts to solicit comments met with very limited success.
\n3. Biologist editors in particular were not surprised that authors in very competitive areas did not wish to be involved.
\n4. Anecdotally, some authors were reluctant to take part due to fear of scooping and patent applications.
\n5. Anecdotally, potential commenters felt that open peer review is ‘nice to do’ but did not want to provide any feedback on the papers on the server.
\n6. Editors felt that most of the comments provided were of limited use for decision-making. Most were general comments, such as “nice work”, rather than adding to the review process.<\/p>\n

\u6240\u6709\u53c2\u4e0e\u5c1d\u8bd5\u7684\u4f5c\u8005\u90fd\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u8c03\u67e5\u3002\u8054\u7cfb\u7684 64 \u4eba\uff0c\u6709 27 \u4e2a\u56de\u5e94\uff0c42 % \u7684\u56de\u5e94\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n

1. 20 respondents thought it was an interesting experiment.
\n2. Of the 14 respondents who received open comments, four described them as ‘not useful’, six as ‘somewhat useful’, and four as ‘very useful’.
\n3. Although most respondents received no additional comments by taking part in the trial (such as e-mail or phone), those who did (five people) found them either ‘useful’ (four) or ‘very useful’ (one).
\n4. Some authors expressed concern about possible scooping and others were disappointed that they didn’t receive more comments.
\n5. Of the 27 respondents, 11 expressed a preference for open peer review.<\/p>\n

\u603b\u4e4b\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0d\u662f\u5f88\u7406\u60f3\u3002Nature \u4f5c\u4e3a\u8001\u724c\u79d1\u5b66\u51fa\u7248\u793e\uff0c\u5728\u5c1d\u8bd5\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u8fd0\u7528 Web 2.0 \u7684\u89c2\u5ff5\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u5230\u5b66\u672f\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6b65\u5b50\u8fd8\u662f\u5f88\u524d\u536b\u7684\u3002\u5e0c\u671b\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u8981\u6c14\u9981\u3002<\/p>\n

\u89c9\u5f97\u8fd9\u6837\u4e0d\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u602a\u7f6a\u5230\u5b66\u672f\u5708\u7684\u4fdd\u5b88\u4e0a\u3002\u5b66\u672f\u5708\u5b50\u548c\u5927\u4f17\u5a31\u4e50\u5708\u5b50\uff0c\u786e\u5b9e\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u4e0d\u540c\u3002Web 2.0 \u7684\u5e94\u7528\u5e76\u4e0d\u80fd\u7b80\u5355\u590d\u5236\u5230\u5b66\u672f\u5708\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u6210\u529f\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u8bf4\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e2a\u65f6\u4e8b\u65b0\u95fb\u505a\u51fa\u6709\u53ef\u5708\u53ef\u70b9\u7684\u8bc4\u8bba\uff0c\u4e0e\u5bf9\u4e00\u7bc7\u5b66\u672f\u6587\u7ae0\u505a\u51fa\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u8bc4\u8bae\uff0c\u57df\u503c\u76f8\u5dee\u592a\u5927\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u82b1\u8d39\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u7cbe\u529b\u4e0d\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cf\u7ea7\u4e0a\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
