I am co-ordinating an effort to bring Shivam Parikh to task for defrauding 64 people in the course of obtaining Gmail accounts through swaps.
I understand you are one of the people who might be affected. The domains he acquired on Register Fly were obtained with a stolen card, and all the accounts are frozen.
Shivam Parikh is a student living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. His father is a prominent local cardiologist. I have e-mailed him saying that unless he reacquires the frozen domains (by paying for them plus the charge for unfreezing them) by this coming weekend, his father will be informed.
Please contact me if you would like to be included in the register of claimants I am compiling, and let me know the address(es) of any Gmail accounts opened as a result of your invitation(s).

我比较弱，一直还觉得他至少不是想骗gmail账号，顶多是小聪明而已，因此觉得还是有些可信，而且，得饶人且饶人啊。这个本来就算是“白来”的，当作游戏一场好了。不过Mulberry要频繁帮我备份数据库哦……:))

实际上Shivam得到的很多邀请都应为没有及时注册而失效了，真的很奇怪的一个人。

我更弱，一直觉得他挺可信的，以至于发现registerfly账号登陆有问题后，还认为马上就可以解决的。后来确信不可能后，对自己的判断能力大大地怀疑了。：）

是个有趣的故事，从gmailswap上面连过去的相册来看，这个Shivam还是个挺年轻的小孩子哪，还是不要追究了罢。看来他还在好几家hosting company购买了昂贵的服务，估计很快也会被拉下来。如果是真的骗用信用卡（而不是他偷偷用了爸爸的信用卡），应该会有司法机构来处理的。不知道google的人员有没有想过gmail邀请方式能扯出这么多事情来？:)

Hi just wanted to let you know that i just found out that there was a big FUCK up out there…that guy wanst actually the problem. he got scammed too. anyways all i know is that i got an email from him and a phone call persopnally that hes paying out registerfly and is getting all OUR domains back within 48-72 hours and was upset and apologizing …the reason his sites are down is cuz they were one of those suspended accoutns too. anyways all the mess should be over shortly. thankgod for that. atleast we get our domains back. ps – i think he’s not such a bad guy…since he’s working his ass off to pay registerfly ..and has proved that he got scammed by some B*****d from Australia.

Thank you for your information. Happy if it comes to be true. You may not be able to read the chinese characters here. Some of us had good impression on Shivam. So if it is true we will be pleased for not only getting back the domain name and host…

I am the guy from Australia and i got scammed as well, by SHIVAM himself, it is probably you who is fucking everything up since you are Shivam or one of his “recorrecting his name squad”… By the way, i used my credit card in getting my account with him, and i think he used it in the frauded domain name he baught for 64 people! So don’t you dare say i was the problem.. I am still suffering from this lier who has so far fucked up everything for me since i signed up with his reseller..

All the domains have already been recovered. IN case you havent received your domains please email me at shivamparikh@hotmail.com IMMEDIATELY so i can send back your domains. I had alreayd posted on gmailSwap and other places and even told Paul to spread the word around….all the domains are with me and are waiting for their owners to take back.
