Great news! I just registered one (www.cryingbaby.org)(Damn, I can’t get a good name), which need 72 hours to take effect. Now I just use the third-party DNS forwarding service.
haha, I got one too even though I don’t have the hosting to use it right now. But the slight annoyance is that, to get private registrant listing, there’s an extra $10 per year fee!

我注册了一个域名不过，域名转向没办法实现，据朋友说是提供注册服务的服务器在澳大利亚，该公司的IP段被封掉，不能用，如果要使用可能要修改DNS，然后要找解析服务什么的，我不是很懂。不过，赠送的影子信箱是可以使用的。

Update:刚才找技术朋友帮忙，终于可以使用了。说明了在yahoo注册国际域名，大陆也可以正常使用。
